Ok, so 1st, I want to apologize for not posting here as often as I should!
My whole near-death scenario blasted my memory really bad & it’s still VERY slow healing-wise. (In case you don’t know, I was in a 10-day coma with a 12-15% chance of survival awhile back. A Brain Anneurysm almost ended me. So, I’m still quite FAR from being all the way back to FULL Jason-ishness!) 🙂
Anyway, even though I’m pretty challenged memory-wise, I still want to make the most MAXIMUM positive impact I possibly can while I’m still here & alive.
So, to help with that, let’s work on adding ideas to this so we can ALL help each other to the MAX as much as possible!
The idea for this post is to get awesome Rock Stars like YOU to give ore ideas of great Habits & Disciplines you & others should develop to get things crankin’ in positive directions, so great forward progress happens consistently!
So, as an example, 1 of the things I try to do is start each day by writing out my most important goal for the day.
Another idea is to end each day making some notes to help you keep on track making forward progress. (So, for example, some notes could be for things like… What you did well that day, what you could’ve done better, and what you want to improve on in regards to that area of your life.)
It only takes a minute to do this (seconds really) to do these kinsd of discplines. But, the difference it can make to get/keep your head screwed on in the right direction….
And give you the FOCUS of what to conquer that next day…
And, just give you some extra JUICE to really get things crankin the next day, can all really make a MAJOR difference for you as far as consistent forward progress goes!
I’ve personally met and hung out with people who are MASSIVELLY successful as a result of doing the start each day writing out your goal for the day discipline. And they’ve said that ONE thing, as much as anything else, made all the difference in the world for them!
